Marvin Weinman: From Corporate Australia to Outcomes Australia

View descriptionShare

Does your workplace promote a healthy work environment for its staff? Did you know that a positive work environment increases output while lowering absenteeism, bad performance, and health conditions?

Today I spoke with Marvin Weinman. Marvin is a company director and business advisor with over 20 years of experience managing companies in several countries such as Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. With a track record of driving major change and improvement programs, his executive experience includes the MD of George Weston Foods. He was Managing Director of Boral Building products with sales of over $1.2 billion and he served as general manager for Laminex Industries and Formica Asia.

Join me as Marvin and I discuss how managing directors deal with the corporate environment and change and how people as senior in the corporate world as Marvin do after they retire. We also speak about Outcomes Australia, Sharelife, and his program afterwork.live. Tune in to know more about these non-profit organisations and why they’re important!
