Adam Ferrier: Building a brand, nurturing creativity, and embracing the unconventional 

Adam Ferrier has spent his life trying to understand people, and how to capture their attention. A consumer psychologist by trade, he wrote his master’s thesis on what makes some people “cool” and others not.

The founder of creative agency Thinkerbell, Adam believes that brands and people must first “fit in” with the rules of their category before they can truly be distinctive and stand out. He prioritises creativity, and nurturing amongst his team, his work, and every day life.

Consistently challenging conventions, Adam is a true creative leader, and whether you consider yourself a creative or not, his unconventional methods could change the way you show up and lead.
