For Billy's final job challenge of the week, he headed down to Cold Rock Ice Creamery to try his hand and making some sweet treats for the staff.

Cold Rock make all their own ice cream in-house with over 65 flavours and it doesn't stop there! They also have every single extra you could imagine like bounty bars, cherry ripes, skittles, M&M's, mint slices  - you name it, they can make it happen!

Billy was given a short demo of how they prepare the ice cream on the special one-of-a-kind cold slate to keep it nice and cold.

The staff were yelling out their orders and Billy got straight to work.

After a lot of wasted ice cream and mess on the floor, Billy ensured each staff member had an ice cream (of some sort) to enjoy.
