Just how desperate has Kamala Harris and her campaign become? With polling numbers beginning to slide and betting markets growing bullish on Donald Trump, the Democrat anointee tried to conduct a media blitz this month. That backfired, however, as CBS’ 60 Minutes cooked an answer on one question in stealth edits and Harris could not summon a coherent presentation on others.

With only three weeks to go, Harris and her team have now chosen to do an interview on Fox News. Ostensibly, this intends to show Harris as courageous. Instead, it looks desperate. Harris has barely done friendly media to date—and when she does, she still fumbles the ball. She managed to give the Trump campaign an ad on The View by claiming she wouldn’t have done anything different than the deeply unpopular Joe Biden while insisting that she’s the candidate of “change.”

If Harris bungles the Baier interview as badly as she has her other media engagements, expect Democrats to use Fox News as an excuse.
