What does plant-ish mean? This dietitian tells all

View descriptionShare

What does plant-based, plant-forward, or plant-centric mean to people, or the flexitarian diet? For that matter, do most people really know the difference between what vegans and vegetarians eat? And knowledge is great and all, but many of us have a head full of it but no energy or time to follow through with the produce-filled way we want to eat in our busy lives.

In this episode, I talk with registered dietitian Danielle Magnus, who, with her sister and fellow registered dietitian Lea Loveland, founded Plant-ish, a plant-focused meal brand based in Rye, N.Y. The business delivers and is also found in local retailers and farmers markets.
