Dr. Tony Evans (heard weekdays at 630pm with "The Alternative" on WFIL) joins the program today, with a focus on his book Unleashed: Releasing God's Glorious Kingdom in and Through You. Dr. Evans is founding pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship (est 1976) in Dallas, TX. He is a best-selling author, founder of The Urban Alternative (which seeks to restore hope and transform lives through the proclamation and application of God's Word), and holds the honor of writing and publishing the first full-Bible commentary and study Bible by an African American. He is also chaplain of the Dallas Cowboys.
