Jacques Smalle has been re-elected as the leader of the Democratic Alliance in Limpopo. Smalle's victory came after he was suspended by the party in 2021 over charges of tax fraud. INTRO: The South African Human Rights Commission has come under fire from members of the public, who accused it of prioritising the rights of undocumented foreign nationals over that of South Africans'. The commission held a virtual Imbizo to discuss concerns raised by citizens over undocumented foreign nationals. Some members of the public also questioned why the Imbizo is being held now, saying it comes at a time when communities are taking to the streets against undocumented immigrants.
