He was speaking outside Chief Gasebone's residence near the Bakwena Ba Morare Tribal offices in Phela outside Rustenburg in the Northwest. The interaction with the Chief is among the activities of the ANC's 114th anniversary. The main celebrations will be held at the Moruleng stadium on Saturday.

The suspects allegedly pointed the officers with a firearm.
