The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has recommended Gauteng Judge President Dunstan Mlambo to be the next Deputy Chief Justice. The JSC has concluded its interviews in Johannesburg today. The other two candidates were Northern Cape Judge President Pule Tlaletsi and Free State Judge President Cagney Musi. The position has been vacant since Chief Justice Mandisa Maya assumed her role at the apex of the judiciary in September last year.
