MEC for Public Works, Roads and Transport Thulasizwe Thomo, says the speech will also detail progress on flood-damage repairs and economic recovery efforts. Provincial unemployment has dropped from 34-percent to 32 point two percent. Thomo says the province will boost growth through agriculture, tourism and other skills programmes.
