The state has added another charge of fraud against a lawyer Charlotte Tibana and her husband, a Tshwane Metro Police Department officer, Peter "Gagash" Nonyane, during the bail hearing underway in the Polokwane magistrate's court in Limpopo. NPA says this after a new complaint from the Moetji family. Tibana allegedly transferred more than one-point-three million rand from the estate account. Tibana and Nonyane allegedly defrauded four estate accounts of more than four million rand. It's alleged that part of the funds were used to buy a luxurious vehicle. State witness Colonel Daniel Makuwa is on the stand opposing bail.
