SEGMENT #2: Go Rockford IRONMAN 70.3 June 22 needs volunteers

GORockford VP Lindsay Arellano and Former Ironman and Volunteer Director Chris Hankins outline the need for 1,500 volunteers for the first ever IRONMAN Competition in ROckford, June 22nd. SEGMENT #3: Veterans and Family Art Exhibition at Veterans Memorial Hall  

In this segment, Veterans Theresa Criss-Amos and Kati Beck discuss the inaugural Veterans Art Show Friday, May 30th from 5pm-9pm at Veterans Memorial Hall and it is open to the public.  All art is created by Veterans to help PTSD and to bring awareness.
