This podcast is brought to you by New Zealand Fashion Week and Viva, designed just for you. Hosted by the fabulous Sammy Salsa (@sammysalsastyle), consider this your front row seat to fashion’s hottest conversations.

In this special-edition, 25 Years of NZFW anniversary episode, we talk to three industry icons about the best of the last 25 years and what makes the event so special.

Sonja de Mari (@sonjademari)  is the CEO of Breast Cancer Cure, and has been a show producer behind the scenes at NZFW since 2001. Petra Bagust (@petrabagust)  is a beloved Kiwi broadcaster who has been a proud supporter of NZ fashion and design, and avid NZFW attendee. Tatum Savage (@tatumsavage) is a PR and sponsorship maven who has shaped stories and branding for some of New Zealand’s most-loved labels like Zambesi and Elle & Riley and currently leads sponsorship for NZFW. Together, these three women have worked on all aspects of a fashion show and in this finale episode of This Is A Fashion Show, reflect on the very special event that is New Zealand Fashion Week.

New Zealand Fashion Week is on from the 17th - 22nd of August at Auckland’s Shed 10, with runway shows and offsite presentations happening all week around Auckland. NZFW is a celebration of design, creativity and culture and the best way to get up close and personal with the New Zealand fashion industry.
