Radek started his career at Village Roadshow, within an organisation making a global impact, which he says, taught him a real sense of the foundations around big business process, management and leadership skills.
As a 28 year old decided to test his skills elsewhere and joined the Swisse Wellness Group. When he came on board the company was Turning over 13 mill – 12 years later under his leadership they sold for 1.7 billion dollars.
Radek then successfully exited Swisse and used the proceeds to set up a company called Light Warrior, an investment group committed to creating shared value by investing in businesses that are socially responsible and environmentally conscious. He is now also Chairman on numerous company boards for both businesses and not for profits, and is spoken about by his colleagues to have been the strongest conscious leader of his time.
