Today on the show we welcome James Colquhoun, the founder of the global health movement called Food Matters along with his partner Laurentine ten Boch.
Since helping to heal James’ bed-ridden father from his own personal chronic illness, which completely transformed his life and got him back to great health, James and Laurentine have made it their mission over the past 15 years to empower others with knowledge on how to heal their bodies naturally, through their Food Matters platform which now has a community of over 4 million people.
You may know their work through the well known ground breaking documentaries Food Matters, Hungry for Change, and Trancendence 1 & 2 which are now hosted on the renowned GAIA TV network. They have authored multiple books including a recent cookbook with HayHouse and run business and nutrition certification programs to help others to learn and make their own impact through nutrition and wellness.
Through the Food Matters platform they changing people’s lives for the better and have helped countless people heal themselves from chronic illness through changing their diet and eating habits and going back to basics when it comes to nutrition.
