How to Stop Letting Small Things Steal Your Peace // Maritza Barone

View descriptionShare

In this episode I explore the power of “zooming out” on life, especially when things feel big, overwhelming, or emotionally charged. I share a personal story from when I was younger that has stayed with me for years, and it really highlights how easy it is for us to react more intensely than a situation actually calls for.

I also share insights from psychic medium and spiritual teacher Sean Collyns and his book Your Soul Is the Source of Your Power. It opens up a different way of looking at life and asks the question: what if our soul chose these experiences for our growth and expansion?

This is a reminder to pause, zoom out, and ask yourself what really matters. Most things are temporary. Perspective changes everything.
