Therapy for Black Girls. In collaboration with author and breathwork expert z Clark, is proud to present to you this five part meditation series, thoughtfully crafted to guide you easifully through the moments that make traveling during the holiday season difficult. Happy holidays, y'all, and take good care.

Waiting for takeoff, You're sitting in your seat, and maybe that seat isn't so comfortable.

Maybe you got stuck in the middle seat. Maybe you don't have as much space as you like.

Maybe you're scared of heights and worried about turbulence. Maybe there are multiple babies crying, a kid kicking.

The back of your seat, and all you're wondering is how you're going to get through this. Take a deep breath in, deep breath out.

Repeat this in your mind's eye. I have the power to feel comfort wherever I am. I have the power to feel comfort wherever I am.

Even in this seat, right here, right now.

Starting with some neck rolls to release some of this stress.

X heal. Lower your chin to your chest in hell. Roll your right ear to your right shoulder.

Ex hailed chin to chest in hell, left ear to.

Left shoulder, ex hail, chin to chest.

Repeat this at your own pace, and notice where there's a little bit more.

Tightness, little stiffness, and go slower.

At those points, breathing in and breathing out as you rotate your neck from one.

Side to the other side.

Releasing any stress and tension.

One last one on each side, and when you're ready.

Coming back to center. Now join me in.

Four seven eight breathing for the ultimate stress relief right here, right now, breathing in and out through the nose in hell for four three two one, hold the breath for seven six five four three two one x hel four eight seven six five four three two one in hell for four three two one, hold the breath for seven six five four three two one XL four eight seven six five four three two one last time in hell for four three two one hold for seven six five four three two one XL four.

Eight seven six five four.

Three two one and relax. Let the breath be natural. Once you've made it to your final destination, take a moment to appreciate all of the stars that aligned to get you here safely.

You've arrived. As you wait for.

The green light to be able to gather your belongings and deboard, think about all the things that you're grateful for in this moment.

You made it.

You overcame all the things that tried to stand in your way from being right here right now.

You arrived safe and sound.

The trip planning, the packing, the details, all of the things worked out, and this is your time to be thankful that you are protected and guided by your ancestors and the divine.

Take a moment.

Now to express your gratitude. If it feels right, place your hand on your heart, close your eyes, or have a soft downward gaze, and bring to mind all of the things that you are grateful for right now.

Take a deep inhalation, and.

As you ax, he'll send that gratitude from your heart out to every part of your body.

Inhale, deeply.

Exhale, and send gratitude to every single.

Part of your body. Inhale, deeply.

Exhaleen send gratitude to all the people that helped you to get here.

Inhale, deeply.

Exhale, and send gratitude to your ancestors who have been here watching out for.

You this whole time. Inhale, deeply.

Exhil, and send gratitude to the divine. Feeling the energy and support that is always with you,
