We begin with packing and preparing for your trip. Maybe you're running late and wondering whether you might miss your flight. Maybe you're worried that the weather is going to cause your flight to be canceled or delayed. Maybe you're worried you might forget to pack something really important. Maybe you're feeling nervous about wherever it is that you're going. Take a moment now to leave these worries aside. Join me in this three part breath to calm your nerves so that you can remember that you got this. Exhale all your air out in hell, and feel that air come through your throat, filling up your chest, filling up your belly. Big exhal air comes from your belly, through your chest, through your throat. Inhale, air comes through your throat, filling up your chest, filling up your belly. Ax heal belly, chest throat. One more in hall throat, chest, big belly, big exil belly, chest throat, letting the breath be natural. Repeat this in your mind's eye. I release any and all worries about this trip. I release any and all worries about this trip. I know that I have taken care of everything that needs to be taken care of. I know that I have taken care of everything that needs to be taken care of. I am ready for a smooth and peaceful journey. I am ready for a smooth and peaceful journey. Once you're packed and ready to go, you'll need to make your way to your local travel hub, whether that's the airport, train, or bus station,
