Care navigating to your gate or departure door.

While airports, train stations, and bus stations can be overwhelming, you got this. You have everything that you need inside of you to get to where you need to go.

You have everything inside of you that.

You need to get to where you need to go.

Maybe you aarrive and you can't find what you're looking for. Take a deep breath in, deep breath out. Now, take a look around and notice any signs that might be helpful. Notice if there is an employee nearby that you can ask. Listen for any announcements that might be relevant to you.

Deep breath in, deep breath out.

Maybe there are issues with checking your bags or flight cancelations or changes. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Repeat this in your mind's eye. I remain calm regardless of the circumstances. I remain calm, regardless of the circumstances.

Deep breath in, deep breath out.

Maybe the crowds are stressing you out and the lines just aren't moving as fast as you'd like.

Deep breath in, deep breath out.

Repeat this in your mind's eye. I do not stress over things outside of my control. I do not stress over things outside of my control.

Deep breath in, deep breath out. Maybe the people.

Working there in the security lines or checking your ticket and ID aren't treating you the way that you deserve to be treated. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Heat this in your mind's eye. I do not allow others to mess with my inner piece. I do not allow others to mess with my inner piece.

Deep breath in, deep breath out.

Once you've made it onto the plane or train or

Bus, now you just need to wait for it to take off.
