Driving to the airport, train, or bus station. Whether you're driving yourself or being driven, you have the power within you to be calm regardless of what happens. Remember, you can't control what others do or how others act, but you can control how you feel inside. Maybe someone cuts you off and you get triggered. Pause and feel the feelings now. Exhale out any frustration you might be having with an extra long exhalation through the mouth. Maybe traffic is crazy and you have no idea how you're gonna possibly make it on time. Repeat this in your mind's eye. I do not stress over things outside of my control. I do not stress over things outside of my control. Exhale out any anxiety you might be feeling with an extra long excellent through the mouth. Maybe the weather is messing with your plans. Remember I do not stress over things outside of my control. Exhal out any worry you might be feeling with an extra long exhalation through the mouth, Take a moment now to notice where in the body you might be holding any stress. Maybe it's your shoulders, Maybe it's your chest, Maybe it's your belly. Send all of the air from your next exhalation to that place. Can you find some softness in that place? Send a long, nourishing breath there. Once you finally made it to wherever your plane or bus or train is departing from, you'll need to navigate through the space to make it to your gate. In reading your time,
