Time to enjoy It is now time to enjoy your trip.

Think about all the things that you are excited for about this trip.

And allow your lips to curl up to a smile.

If you're meeting up with friends and family, think about the people that you're going to see that bring.

You the most joy.

Think about the places you're going to go that will bring light into your life. Maybe it's places that are familiar to you that are filled with old memories and bring you comfort. Maybe it's places that you've never been before that you're excited to see and experience. Allow your entire body to be filled with.

The excitement of what's about to come.

Think about all that you're going to do while you're here. What are you most excited about doing. Maybe it's hugging a loved one.

Maybe you have tickets to an amazing event.

Maybe it's the feeling of relaxation, not having to think about work and day to day responsibilities. This is your time to enjoy, and you deserve it. Deep breath in, deep breath out. Repeat this in your mind's eye. I am worthy of joy. I am worthy of joy.
