Welcome. My name is Ze Clark, trained in India. I'm a breathwork and resilience expert and the author of the groundbreaking book Black People Breathe Today. I teach powerful stress management tools at organizations like Jack and Jill, Google and Visa. We all know that travel can be a stressful experience. That's why it's so important for us to be intentional about managing our stress and maintaining a sense of inner peace despite the challenges that might arise. In this guided meditation, We're going to walk through every step of the travel journey, and I'll offer you tools you can use to stay calm and shine your light the entire time. This meditation is meant to be your mental health travel companion, so feel free to come back to the particular part of the journey in real time as you're experiencing it.
