John Kolm is CEO of Team Results USA, an organization that helps leaders and teams perform under pressure through immersive, experience-based simulations. Before founding the company, he served as a senior intelligence officer with the National Security Agency, bringing decades of experience in leadership, decision-making, and high-stakes operations. He is also the best-selling author of Crocodile Charlie and the Holy Grail and a frequent speaker on leadership, teamwork, and the impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace. He began developing Simulations in the intelligence community as a method of training field staff, and is an industry leader in this field for organizations including Toyota, IBM, Pfizer and the State Department.

Colonel Troy Orwan, callsign “Bucket”, U.S. Air Force (Ret.), is a communications and spectrum technology expert with decades of experience spanning government, defense, and private industry. During his 24-year Air Force career, he developed extensive expertise in electronic warfare, tactical aviation, and wireless communications. Throughout his career, he has advised on complex issues involving spectrum management, emerging technologies, and national security. He joins us today to discuss the future of wireless spectrum and its growing importance to both our economy and our national defense.  Bucket is also a former military aviator with extensive experience in Simulation and its usefulness for developing people professionally, both inside and outside the Air Force.
