South Africa may be off the global financial watchdog's greylist—but the pressure is far from over. Tougher international rules on tackling money laundering and terrorist financing mean the country can't afford to relax. Experts warn that unless South Africa strengthens its investigations, prosecutions and enforcement, it risks landing back on the greylist, threatening investor confidence, trade and the cost of doing business.
