Donald Trump addresses the media from the Oval Office on last night’s plane crash.  The New York Times reports that the staffing at last night’s Reagan Airport air traffic control center was “not normal.”  Trump takes multiple questions from the media.  Vince speaks with Amber Smith, Army helicopter pilot and Former senior Pentagon official about what may have gone wrong last night when a plane collided into a blackhawk over the Potomac River.
