The Truth with Lisa Boothe: The Crisis at the Border with Tom Homan

Published Nov 2, 2023, 8:00 AM

In this episode, Lisa welcomes Tom Homan, former Acting ICE Director under Donald Trump, who criticizes the Biden administration's border security policies. Homan argues that the current administration has intentionally created an unsecure border, leading to increased illegal immigration. He also raises concerns about national security, citing the arrest of individuals from countries that sponsor terrorism at the border. Homan suggests that reinstating the Remain in Mexico program and implementing third safe country agreements would help reduce illegal migration. He also accuses the Biden administration of falsely accusing border patrol agents of racism, leading to low morale among agents. The Truth with Lisa Boothe is part of the iHeartRadio Podcast Network - new episodes debut every Monday & Thursday.

FBI Director Christopher Ray had this warning to Congress.

Listen, But, as I said a few moments ago, on top of the homegrown violent extremists and domestic violent extremists threat, we also cannot and do not discount the possibility that HAMAS or another foreign terrorist.

Organization may exploit the current conflict to conduct the tax here on our own soil. We have kept our sites on HAMAS and have multiple ongoing investigations into individuals affiliated with that foreign terrorist organization.

We know that we're seeing a record number of individuals on the terror watch list being caught at the southern border, but what about the ones who got away? How safe are we really who we let into the country, and most importantly, why would Joe Biden allow for this?

We're going to talk to Tom Homan, who knows a thing or two about this.

He was the former acting ICE Director under Donald Trump. He also served in the Bomba administration as well, so he's worked for both Republicans and Democrats. He worked his way up to become the former acting ICE Director, the first one to have done so, to be in that position to work up through the ranks. So we're going to get his take on all of this is a solvable stay tuned for Tom Holman. Well, Tom, it's great to have you on the show. Obviously, the border is a mess, so I'm looking forward to hearing your insight on all of this.

So I appreciate you taking the time.

When you were working under Trump as the acting ICE Director, I mean, things were under control. I mean, is it just baffling to see what's going on right now?

I wait up every day pissed off because under Trump administration, regards what people want to think or say about the President Trump is that he was a game change out for security. Right when when he was president, illegal matration was that a forty five year well Illigum Grayson was down eighty three percent to ninety percent depending on what time. Framerre looked at as the most secured board up in my career thirty five years most here, you know, look at the data of CVP as well as the catching the weir capturing data, the most secure border in history of the nation. And this administration went from the most secure border in my lifetime to his historic illeage immigration. So yeah, I woke up every did pissed off because we worked so hard to create the most secure border ever. And this administration came in and intentionally by designing unsecured the border, now we get historical ilyage immigration. So yeah, I knew this administration moved to the left. I didn't think they'd lose your mind. Matter of fact, I just I brought up loped the other day. I wrote up in July twenty twenty, before the election, I said, if Joe Biden became president, we would lose the border. Just pay. Somebody said he wanted ambesty, he wanted to prove doc he wanted an iced detention, he wanted to put it more toward my deportations. He vote for free healthcare for all illegal Alians. I mean, when you make those types of promises, everybody in the world want to come to the greatest nation. Hurricane the cat.

I mean this has to be intentional, right, I mean, there's no way you can just get all of these things wrong. It has to be with intention that you know, they want what is happening at the southern border to be happening.

I said many times, I've said, this is this does not mismanagement, This is not you now, this is this is this is not incompetence, this is by desire. Look, you gotta get Joe Biden one credit. He kept his promise. You know, he ran on open borders, He ran on all the things I just said, give him free healthcare to the Arailians and ending deportations, shutting up ICE attentions. So we can't detain people anymore. So when you openly talk about catching release and then you got the Secretary following up with statements flight being in the country illegibly on his own is not enough for ICE to seek out in the earliest you you got to be convicted of a serious aggravated felon before he even become a target device. So between those two or what they said, you're at your cut your legally you'll get released. You don't you worry about ICE looking for you even if you lose your orger UH asylum plane with status show up those night. Out of ten people claim a SIDO matter boarder never get relief from the US course because semply don't qualify. But when Secretary says, well, it's just here. Legally, ICE can't remove you. Between the President the Secretary isn't off an invitation. You can cross the border, get the get get transported to the city of your choice at taxpare experise, get work conversation for the next five or seven years. Right nine one tungue, lose your case, get or remove them. But I said, ICE can't go find it and to remote them. I mean, who the hell would it come to nice states of those types of promises?

And who have we let in here? I mean, you've got the FBI director warning about out you know, potentially Hamas having taken advantage of the open border. You know, god knows who else, right It's it really wouldn't be that hard for you know, terrorist cell to try to infiltrate the United States right now. So I mean, how concerned are you about that? You know, who do you think we've let in here?

For two years I've been saying, my biggest concerner about this salten border is a national security implication. Look, the fat and all is killed one hundred and twelve thousand Americans. That's terrible. The increase is sex trafficking and women chilren across all the border all time is terrible. The number of my best who died trying to get this country over seventeen hundred. That's terrible. But the biggest saying we think that constarts anemos is the national security threat. Because here's what you need to know. The the crisis they created is so big it's a self inflicted wound. When you overwhelmed the bordtial these kind of numbers like last year three point two three point two mayon accounts, which is a historic record by far. So the borderchos overwhelmed. I'm talking, I'm thought to total colors which include CDP, airports and everything else. The borgitos so overwhelmed. I know for a sick so I've been bothered numerous times. Seventy to ninety percent of agents bortitual agents are no longer in patrol. They're processingly big groups and changing diapers or making baby form. They're making airport runs or making hospital runs, and they're just it's a processing machine. So when you take seven seventy to ninety percent of agents off the lacking that that's a vulnerability. That's who that found off comes across as some traffic and women until they come across, and that's when no spectatists are cross and it is what people need to know that the borderchows arrested people from one hundred and seventy one different countries. Some of these countries are sponsored with terror. They've arrested two hundred and eighty four people off the terrors to wash that's truly arrested. We got one point seven million known gataways and these are known gataways as they're called on video central traffic draull traffic one point in set of main gataways. So Borgial's recipeople are get one seven went different countries. When these countries spon's your terrorsts of the rested two hundred and eighty four, how are you at one point seven from the country spotshing terror? If you take the number zero, then you're an idiot. You know you ignore the data because here's why they're learning. Used the boarders is as a place to provost. After nine to eleven, we created all these databases. I was in DC. We created the TSA no fly list, We created the visas Security Program. We created the FBI Terror washed List, Visa Security Program, which I used to oversee. We built that because of nine to eleven, most terrorists got into a visa. They came gout blight, they came to the United States I legal way. So we created the visa security program. So when someone applies to visa the country I states, whether there's the visitors visa, business visa, or some sort of TEP status, we we bet them to numerous databases, including Diento on databases. We prevented thousands of people from getting the visa that had derogatory and information in your background. So the system worked pretty good. But the system is pretty much meaningless now because what don't terris is going to put themselves in a position to get a v sort of airline ticket knowing he'll be vetted through these databases and possibly be out at all. Why would you take that chance when you can simply get to Mexico, pay the cartels a little bit extra money and be a goudaway. Because a cartail is going to charge you two balts of money're gonna charge one of more money just to get across the river or the death or joining yourself at that's a cheap rate. You're gonna pay more if you tell the cartel I need to get to New York in Chicago, I don't want to turn myself at. You pay more money to do that. So if you need to ask themselves, now, all these databases being useless and Now the one point seven million gotaways, Why did one point seven million people choose to pay more to get away? Why didn't they take care of take advantage this giveaway program? Why I turn yourself moreto paid last be fall into the city of your choice and got mixed bets and get a work culture station while you're fighting a kase? Who're gonna help? When take advantage that giveaway program? One point seven million people said I don't want to do that? Why? Obvioustly, they don't want to be better, They don't want to be fanger printed. So this Southern boarder is the biggest national security carrier I've seen this country.

Cis ninolep There's been different numbers I've seen, but at least one hundred and seventy two people in the terror watch list caught in FY twenty twenty three or they were encountered trying to enter the United States more than the previous six years combined.

I mean, that's just who they caught.

Right as you just pointed out, there are all these gottaways, and we're seeing record number of you know, people in the terror watch lists trying to cross the southern border, and yet the border remains open and to my knowledge you know better than me, there doesn't seem to have been any steps taken even recently with everything going on in the Middle East to strengthen border security.

I say two things. Number One, one of the numbers that shocks me is in last one to the fiscal year September, Borbitual wrestled eighteen people on the Territs watch list eighteen four years on the trunk four years total, fourteen fourteen and four years or he's here eighteen in one year. I said, they already got two hundred and eight last numbers two hundred and eighty four. They got a year to go, so they're going to be well hitting four hundred four hundred on the first term of Biden administration compared to fourteen on the truck. And the difference between us and that it's not only less Terry is trying to cross the border. We end to catcher release. So everyone of those people. Now I know that there's been there's been problems with the system. I had a whistleboarder contact me and said that they've been ordered to process and reach so quickly. I've been saying, is that the only thing this administration has done send marg Reie sources aboard the process quicker, release quicker, because there's no over crowding. There's nothing to see here, there's no there's no crisis, no recalling. You don't see overcrowding. I mean when they had a fifteen thousand Haitians under the bridge and FOSS News said the drone over there, that was a bad day for the administration. Could of're saying Bori's security have fifteen thousand people on their bridge. So they've been the only thing that been doing is they're dealing with the optics of the crisis. Let's try to prevent the appearance of the crisis. So they said, more people down in the process and release quicker. And there are the borgat was under such rigorous demand to process rely quicker that sometimes people are released before the betting comes back from the bureau. This agent, I thought too, so that he was he released the guide as per orders, quicks We get out of custody. Two days later the betting came back. This guy was hot. He's in the United States. Don't know where. Don't know where he is. We know I'm sure the boarding FBI's leve uphone now, but again it was because they were so busy, well take care of the optics and trying to create an overcrowding. They're not doing proper vetting, and it's I'll have one more thing. Even when they do vetting, Let's be clear, even when they do betting, many terrorists have no record in the law unless he's in some short of intelligence database or unless he was encowered on the battlefield by d D and they and they can die retin, not scan and locked the bed as a possible terrorist if he was never in covered on the battlefield and he's simply been under the radar, hasn't been involved in any recorded conversations or t threes who thought would we be have any information on them? And if it comes from the country like you know, Afghanistan or Turkey who have very little IT capabilities, they don't have the built to assistance we have. They don't have the capabilities, they don't have the intelligence apparatus that we have. Many these junches don't have the data even Clario for us, as they said they betted all these people from Afghanistan, they bought them over, Well, how do they know if they don't bursts get through birth certificate how do they know the born in Afghanistan? Because now Ices controls all the couple that they're showing not going to share with the United States. We already have and even if they gave us what they have, it's not up to day. It's not a process we have. Maybe these trudges can't afford the systems we have. So even when you vet them, you really don't know who they are if there's no information out there to run your databases against. So I say vet them at the border. It gives us a peace of mind, a little piece of mind, but is an exact science because a lot of Tuckees don't have the information we need to properly and fully.

Bat Let's take a quick commercial break.

More on the other side, there's some calls from people on the left to take in some of these gauzen Palestinian refugees, like Hamas is the government there, you know, Hamas is in control. I mean they're both the terrorist organization also the government of Gaza. So it's not like we can you know, hit up.

The Hamas and be like, hey, who are these people?

Right?

So, I mean it really is just insane, you know, take us through what does the vetting process. Look like, you know what, what are some of those you know, the way that you can disclode you know what are some of those steps that are taken to try to figure out, you know, who the heck some of these people are.

I needed the basics. If I can't tell you all this because law enforcement CSSU is protected, but I can tell you that one of the things we do with the board we check our database. We check O n CIC and couplet n CIC. Of course ro criminal database TRIPLEIZE is the state's criminal database. We'll check them. After a country we haven't agree where the countries to share criminal data, like Mexico, we can share criminal data. Those shares they will share with US or criminal dat but again their data is only it's good, it's our systems, so they don't have the business world. So we'll check their home country criminal database if we have the great lit and we'll check our country database. We'll check intelligence databases. I can't tell you what those databases are. Some of the deal DAL owned, but there's various database that were built after nine to eleven that that would be scoured and mostly by the bureau. Bureau handles that I can't play every thing we look at or what databases they are. But FBI has that, so we rested that we battened to the bureau, I mean on the board. Though they will send them backers to the bureau. They will be mattered to the BUA and they run through all these different databases. What we do is part of our DA. They'll work to they'll runs a lot. But again, most countries where these people are coming from, Syria, Turkey, I'm on the ones I'm concerned about Syria, Turkey, Iran, Iraq. You look at these countries, who'z Pakistan. These countries don't have systems like ours. They don't have the technology we have. And some of these countries, uh for instance Afghanistan, now like you just mentioned, under control of terrorist organization. Do you think they're going to send us any data they have that says this guy is a bad guy. No matter of fact, I think that is quite the opposite. They'll tell us, you know, there's no data. And these seems to be a clean and clean cityisen in Afghanistan with no prior history and looks these guy's a self. I don't put a past the tourist organization that I asked control of Afghanistan to do that. So again, betting is only as good. Betting is only as good as the country you're from and what dat is available from that country, and betting these countries are nothing available.

Let's see we get another Republican president into office and this president says, you know what, we have way too many people here. It's draining resources. We don't know who they are. We need to deport people. How would they even identify or find some of these people? I mean, you know these got aways. I mean they're essentially lost in the United States.

Correct, Yeah, And look, the majority of these people will never be removed. And that's just a fact. I'm staying to pleade me. If I was running and I said, you know, I rune the large deportation operations in history of country, and I get it's the man as we could removement. It's frum be Hollert because they're in the wind. Look, pulople know half of these people are claiming asylum. Never even show up the court first of all, so they'll get an order removal. All order and movement aubsentious since they show them court, the judgment ordering moved in the separate case, the ones that do show up based on the last ten years data. And this is immigration court data, not homeless data. Immigration court data. If you go in there, look nearly nine out of ten people claim asylum at the border never get relief from your sports. They don't show up and they don't qualify, so that nine out of ten don't get ordering mooval. First of all, iis are looking forward on this administration. That's the set Previously Secretary says being in a country legally and as all, this isn't enough for ice cricic and rest that that'd be convicted of evaggraated felling. My opinion, when the convictored of evaggraated felling is too late because he commit a crime be as u a citizen, he should have been deported before that. But lot they think you are going to be in a win. You know, when we look for people, we use again Garry's databases, you know, credit history, He utilanies and things that you and I. There's this information on us. We got we're paying a utility billble planing, mortgage, we got home, you know you got a car. All there's all to be ways of finding people. However, these people many people have no footprint. They paid by cast, they don't have a credit card, they don't have a bank account, they go they paid cash by cash. So a lot of these people won't find And here's a problem with this, and I've said this from the beginning when I was a life director. Let's say we found somebody that you know again was ordered removed. Of course we couldn't find him he was you know, yeah, they get to all removed. They're in the way. They're gonna hide out. And why they're hiding out because they know if they get high, hide out successfully long enough and this team may come around, doctrum will become round. This country is showing over and over again. Hide on long enough, even if you have an order deportation, you may get something like an AMC or a doctor. So a lot of people will hide out just waiting for that freakin away. However, when we do find it, like when I was lice director, let's see, you know, I get calls from Republicans sulators say, mis walrong, why do you guys remove that man who had three UC kids? That was the right thing to do. I said, wait a minute, dead, you didn't have three USC kids. When we entered nice States, ill legal. He was in the grind. He didn't have three USC kids. When he was ordered by a federal judge to leave the country rather rather than leave the country is court ordered, he became a fugitive and while he came out to the last five seven years, he had two three USC kids. Does that mean now he's immune from our lalls? Does that mean the federal court order deporting him doesn't mean anything? Because if that court order doesn't mean anything just because you one had two USC kids while he deciding it out, then why don't you shut down the immigration courts too, Because apparently the federal judge's orders don't mean anything. You can't be executed because as USC kid shut down immigration course the meaning us Now, of course we're not going to do that. So I would say I'm removing them because he's ordered be moved by the federal courts, which is a part of the system. You can't demand people get due process. You can't. The man had the right to kind of sign them and they have right through the process. They have right to they have right to the processes. Okay, I get it, but du means nothing. If the final decision isn't carried out. For instance, if they win, there are some and claim no one's going to fight that they're going to sell for the walk in the United States. You know now you now you're going to be part of the part of the greatest country on art. Everybody's final with that. But when you use your case was nine out of ten, well, all of a suden people are problem with that. No, you can't demand of due process. You can't demanded the right to plan asylum and not stand end up for the final decision the courts. That's up out of the whole process. So when I was vice director, if they got ordered removal, leave them and under next Republican administration, depend on who it is, I'll come back. And I'm saying it's going to be the same ball bombing you demanded. Respect billions of dollars on order, security detention, immigration courts, release release, release requirements, uh, billions of dollars fire this entire process, and he was ordered to remove them. So guess what he's got to be removed? That's that should be a stance unlessure's consequence, unless it was the terms to entering this country league and they make a fraudulent sidle gay. Oh most people, No, they don't came. They know they don't qualify for astylum. While I know that because when we had to remain in Mexico program in place, people wait meschels for the side of hearing. Many of them went home from Mextell. Many of them stopped coming to Mexico because they knew they won't they won't be catch a release anymore. They stopped college, they knew they didn't qualify. These chances at court were very slim. So look these people at the country. We TOMMD a style of draw which is a felony, and in noordery judges order became the fusitive. No, they need to leave it say don't leave. We're never going to fix the system.

What are the biggest drivers of what we're saying? Obviously, you know bad policy, you've got the cartels, you've got NGOs that seem to be encouraging this. You know, what do you think are some of the things that are are driving the madness that we're saying?

Well, I wish the White House would ask that question. Some Democratic sendors who are christing this latest funding build that funds you gray funds Israel. Of course they threw the border in there, hoping that you know, we want fund Israel so bad that we'll swallow the pill on the border security, they want to get like one point four to what point six bands and Boris security. Look, this isn't a resource issue. We don't need more money at the border. You don't need more borbitel agents. You don't need more get way more dollars to angos to transport people into. Putting the hotels in New York City at five hundred bucks a night, you don't need that. All you got to do is change the policy. This is a policy issue. If they would do the first thing they can do if they want to secure the border, which say, do they have a damn day to smoke the flow? Since he took away hour and I've asked him any time, name one thing you've done to slow the flow, They've been doing it again, sending more resource and process rease quicker, give angos billions of dollars with a beat, billions of dollars to transport and put the hotel at five hundred bucks to night, Give them three square meals a day, give them medical attention. You know, meanwhile, our homeless vests got nothing. They don't get any of that stuff. But what this is a policy issue. If they wouldn't put to remain in Mexico program backing played today, which they can remember the course said that was a lead at that program's leave. Put the remain in Mexico program back in play. Make the people wait in Mexico for silent claims and catch a release. Either you detain them or you set them back to Mexico. They will solve eighty percent of the crisis eighty percent day one if they If they did that, if they restate that the third Safe country agreements where if you leave El Salador and your your finment, fear of persecution from your home government, that's what member that's well. Stylum means that you're escaping fear and persecution from your home government. Because the race really is in political affiliation. So if you were even if you're playing a stile of Fel Salador and you're in Mexico, have you not escaped that far and persecution no longer live in that country? Alogy government going to hurt you. You should be fighting a silent for a free country content, which is Mexico. President Trump had those three Central American countries in Mexico agree to that. So if you put the third safe country gavements back in place and put the remaining much back from place, you will solve ninety percent of this board of crisis. You're still going to have a diverse is gonna come no matter what. But they can, they get they can decrease illegal integration they want if they put these policies in place, but they're not going to do it. They know they remain investrial program. What's followed me legal they get. They could put that back place tomorrow. The three Thursday afty thirdsday country. They ended them. They shut them down. Why would you shut down any agreement with a foreign nation to help you deal with ill migration. There's no doubt insight on that. But they did away with it. I get it why because this is by designing the sooping borders is what they ran on. They checked their prowless. They're not doing anything to fix it, so that they shut down every tool that we created on the Trump pastations give us the most secure borer life thought, every worm they abolished, because again this is by desire. They don't want any policy that's going to decrease amount of people coming across our bordering. Legally, this is what they want.

So I guess the question is, you know, you just laid out how to solve this pretty quickly. So I guess the question is why why do you say they want this?

Look, I've asked that question all the time, and you know I left this. Oh, when he's out there preaching the great replacement theory, I don't even know what the great replacement theory is. I'm just speaking facts, right. So there's two things. First of all, I think a lot of Democrat lawmark, the open border people, the fire left that President Biden sold out to to be president. I think he needed the fire left to become president. He needed those votes, so he sold out and did something he Look, he bolted for border bearers. He bollet for border walls when he's the Senator, when he was vice president twenty twelve, and in President biloed we were over four hundred thousand people, a record for the He wasn't always luckys. Now, So my personal opinion, he sold out to the left to win the presidency. And when he did that, you know, he gave up all all his principal He sat on board security in the past. So people say, why do you think, why do you think they do it? I say two reasons. I'm one of the left fings their future Democratic voters. But they they don't even have to get there because when Trump, I mean when President Biden wrote over nineties, actual award is abolishing everything we created. He also issued in exactly the word which ended the Trump uh policy on number of people here in the United States, the census. The end of the Trumps census policy was Trump's census policy says, as can't be counting the sense, well he will return that. Why because these maiens of people they're releasing the sanctuary cities like the are Chicago, La, Portland, The mazes of people now flood these sanctuary cities at tax Farri, Spetsk. We're flying him there all be counted in the next census. What does that mean? Well, when they reproportionate seats in the House based on the census, it's going to result more seats and out. So the Democrats, this is what the plan is, perpetual power. They want to control the Congress, and this is one way to do it, you know, just floot this zone with Ilio and I hadn't counted that census, which raised more seats in the House for the Dems. That's why I think that there's no other reason, because when I get up hill, I'd be asked many Democratic lallmakers give me. Can you explain to me what the downside is on the secure border police? Can you tell me why there's a downside and illig immigration? What's the downside on less Latina permanent across the country or crumble frost bout of killing merrcants? What's the downside on less vulnerability for terrorist organizations? What's the downside for less women than jailbly sex traffick in the United States? What's the downside on a less migraus dyeing making that journey? Give me a downside on any of the stuff and all chances, of course, there's no downside that secure border. I mean, this administration wants to say over and over and over again. I'm sick and tired hearing it that that last administration was in New May. I've been called races, I've been probably the new makes we're President drump We did lots to secure the border. They say, we're in u mate. Well, here's a fact people need to know. Doctor's rot Borers did a study, this is the time Homer studies dot rb borders, a non affiliated organization. They talked to thousands and thousands of females that made that journey through max through the use of cartels. They found this, thirty one percent of women that make that journey through the our talents gets sucked, you assaulted thirty one percent. So let me ask you this question, so that Joe Bias. When President we Go were seventeen hundred migrants have died in US. We got record number women that chillry is sex traffic. We have a record amounel of no respected terrorists being called to answer country. So my question is this undred President Trump, when we had a little mogration down eighty three to ninety percent, when ninety percent less people were making that journey, how many way more game rate, how many children didn't drown on the river, how many migrants did die making that journey. How many pounds of fetanol that make across the boarder to kill America? How many no suspected terrorists didn't make in a country member four years fourteen, President Trump's policies saved lives there weren't in humanity say lives. What's in humane is a by the policy was killing migrants at record nimbers killing Americans are record numbers, and a record number of women and told them your sex traffic in the United States. These policies are out humane. They're killing people, are recog numbers.

That's going to be really demoralizing for or order agents and or ICE agents and people who signed up to do the job, you know, to protect the country, to do the right thing, and then you know they're basically being handcuffed.

Well, if they all took an note to enforce law, they're not allowed to ice ages again. If stage it runs into an alien today, he can't arrest them unless he's convicted of a serious aggravated family. They can't enforce immigration. There's nothing in immigration fasses. You got to connect yet in other offense and be convicted of it to be deported from the United States and emmergrace flaws. Clear hero, you're goncohol. Well, ice stages can't even do their main job now, arrested legal al can't do it. Secretary says they can't do it. So ice stages aren't doing what they want to do. Matter fact, I taught them all the time third board to death. They got nothing to do. You got to beat Border trolled them rows an all time law. These men they met when they also took an oath to enforce immigration laws, and they took an ol to uphold the national security. Dude, we're not proforming as security duties. They're process and they become tour stages. I thought to border Joys not wrong. Thirty years sent says, you know, I always thought I was probably put as uniform of mind. I was enforcing law, protecting my country. Now I feel like I'm part of the biggest anily smuggling organization in the work. You gotta say it's border you know. I feel like they'd be telling Ana flag organiza history. We've been told, don't ask questions, just process and release and put them on a plane or bus to send them to their final destination. Or as a kid, let's give him an all on so they can deliver them to the veried person who paid the head of the smugglery in the country, which is a fella. Well, we're going to deliver that child to the person who committed a fellow by hiring an anily smugging organization to put that kid in a trunk for collar bet Telo trailer and we're going to deliver it for that person. So border where I was now exlisting. They feel like they've been abandoned by the Secretary, which they have. They've been abandoned by the president of nice stage they've been you know, they feel like they have better banded and they have been a banned and they still they're they're they're still aching from the from the slanderous allegations that were made from the White House podium by the president of the Secretary sitting and the Orse patrol with black migrants, well how they were racists and back migrants, And to this day they haven't apologized, even though the internal investigation showed didn't with anybody, there's ever been any apologies. And when investiculars show didn't with anybody for personal I stalled the video within five seconds. I said, wait, they didn't do any wrong. They did exactly as they were trained. The officers. The horses did exactly as they were trained in crowd control. So like horses in New York City types Burger are trying on crowd control. You know, people doing anything wrong with David, the Haitian migrants and to the country legally, which is a crime, and ignored the federal command from a federal officer, which is a fella. No one. No one was talking about Haitians, how they bilated several crimes. They're talking about the Borchob being racist. And even though the secretary were breathed two days before that PREUSS conference that they didn't with anybody, and they heard that from the guy was videotaping it. They didn't wait anybody. Secretary knowing that fact, and the President knowing that fact, still still in the White House podium and attack these men for the horse patrol, knowing they didn't do anything wrong. And why do they do that because we were trying to change the point of discussion. Wait, we'll getting our assets kit because we've lost control of the border and we'll get beat up every day by the media, and the hell, let's do this, let's let's get the talking points and wait for out of failure and talk about the racist board patrol. There's no other reasons they would do that, knowing that and it's wrong, but they still do them under the bus. They slammed them, and these men that their wives and children were bullied in churches and schools. These men still back the pole duty. Their careers will never be the same. And this administration as an issue any apology, the Secretary and President of the issue apology from the same place they flamed on them, the White House. Polly short to that shows that anyone of these men have any attack. So look, the border was going to morale. They're doing morale. Left the only helping the app. I was down there's the ball it just a few weeks ago, and asked me what do you think? And a lot of these guys know it from either being on the network or you know my work in Border nine one one, which is not profit I started, but I won't get there. But a lot of these guys asked me, trollerant, what do you think is what happened in their future? I told him to say, I'm tight. I think the right guy would be back into my house in January twenty twenty five. And you don't get to do your job again. And we'll try to, you know, fix all the faults and look, we did it beforeward do it again. We know how to secure the border. All we got to do is brush off the Trump plans and rinstitute and caretch and release detain people. Uh, and we can, we can help you. But to the next year, what do you tell these guys, these men and women, there's no hope, just ways, trace don't want to skew the border. So it's it's just, it's just, it's just, it is so frustrated that this is You know, I worked for six presidents, start with Rile Reagan. Any president I worked for took border security seriously, even Obama and Clinton did. They took some steps to secure the border because they understood you can't have national security beyond border security. No one didn't. More in Presdent Trump, that's he was unprecedent what he did. But Joe Biden's the first president in the history of this nation who came into office in unsecured the border, unsecured the most secured border we ever had. Who the hell does that? What Commander Cheat makes the decision for more deal of immigration, more evegal drug fall, more sex trafficking women and children, martinal inspectators testing the vulnerable border, Who the hell does that? So yeah, I waked up every day pissed off and frustrated. What they did this border, but I got hopes we'll security again starting January twenty twenty five.

Quick break, stay with us, Tom before we go. The Secretary of Mayorkas be impeached.

Yes, I called that with two years matter fack. I just wrote an o bed today, Lisa, I said, you know where the hell of your Republicans? No, I'm always beating on Democrats and the oapen borders advocate. You know what, but I'm pissed off of some Republicans too. They bought the tough game. But admit there over want peach. We want to pach. I want to peacha where hell did not he said a hearing from yesterday, or he admitted if you released an not over nine hundred thousand illegals were released in the United States, knowing that nine out of ten don't even qualify for asylum, and knowing there if you were lead because the DHS Secretary Report that comes out every year, it said it's called the DHS Life sec Report says this, if you're allder removed, then you're an icy attention to remove ninety nine point seven percent of the time. However, if you're not a nice attention, if you're a family, you know that you leave six percent of the time. So the Secretary knowing he released nine hundred thousand people in a country this past year, not telling them the six hundred thousand galloways this year, that's one point five, knowing nine out of ten don't have any right to be here and one loser case didn't get order removal. They knowing you wanted six percent leave. Based on that data yesterday and add up the other two years of data, those were over eight million people in encounter on our border. That's just a fronder border. To talk about northern border which crossing over one hundred percent eight million people into this country. And what and and now the Republicans aren't talk about in peachment anymore. It's worth now it was last year. We'll talk about impeachment. So no call out to the Republican encounressmen. Get your head on your asses and peaches man if you mean to peach President Trump, but making a falling call of Ukraine, you can't peach second time Mayolicas for opening that border to terrorism, sexual assaults, massive migrant deaths. Ten man ever does there's one hundred twelve thousand, eight million caleras on the southern Southern border. You can't have peach him for that. You can't piech him for Lafe the Congress and Lane Gun always saying the border secure and still saying it. Fernie, there's plenty impeachious man for and you all the duty job and get it done. You made the promise in the midterm, keep her promise in beaches man. I can't figure anybody more deserving or impeachment than segreate to majoritis.
