The negotiation teams from the ANC and the DA resumed ahead of the Budget Vote in Parliament this week. Government of National Unity partners the Democratic Alliance and Freedom Front Plus have pledged to not vote to pass in its current form which includes the proposed 0,5% VAT increase.
