Last week the Black Management Forum in partnership with the Henley Business School hosted a panel discussion entitled: Leading Beyond The Ballot, shaping South Africa’s Post-election Future. This comes at a time where the country is waiting with bated breath to hear what decision political parties are likely make with regards to the type of government we may have since none of them got a two-thirds majority to form a government. The ANC has proposed a government of national unity and extended the invite to all parties, but sadly none of them seem to be in agreement.
