Ingredients:
8-10 potatoes
¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
Flaked salt
6-8 sprigs of rosemary
2 bulbs of garlic
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 220 C. Cut thin slits into each of the potatoes, be careful to not cut all the way through.
2. On a baking tray, drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, season with salt and scatter with rosemary and garlic.
3. Bake for 25 minutes, brush with oil and rosemary again and bake for another 25 minutes or until golden and roasted.
