The duo behind the best-selling guide The Abundant Garden are back with a new book sharing their insight into crafting fermented food through new recipes.
Niva and Yotam say these recipes are designed to ensure a summer gardening boom lasts through the colder months.
"The ability to do it safely really helps people- knowing that it can be saved, knowing that it's not just something people did long ago. The science and understanding around all of that, there's definitely a resurgence there."
