This week were joined again by Justin Sua, Mental Performance Coach of the Tampa Bay Rays. This guy has been around some of the Elite of the Elite. He's worked with NFL, Major League Baseball, WWE Wrestling, and Navy Seals. He shares some of the great lessons he's learned on that journey. He shared with us what he's learned about the price to achieve greatness and what separates the best of us from the rest of us, and the best version of ourselves from the worst version of ourselves. He talks about some misconceptions in regards to the concept of resilience, what it is and what it's not. He talked about what he's learned from professional athletes about using their sportlight to do good.
