Chief of Detectives, Eugene Roy of the Chicago Police, now retired, worked closely on the Jussie Smollet case and has a few words of wisdom about Kamala Harris and her comments on that case while it was still being tried. Roy considers himself to be an independent, and wants the facts to lead us to the answers not the political bias.
