Hello, my loves, and welcome back to season seven. This is episode three. I hope you loved our guest interview last week, but we're back to a solo PEP talk today with our second episode to the first episode of getting Everything you Want and Having it All. In the first episode of the season, I really and again, if you haven't listened to it, go back and listen to it, because this podcast might not make as much sense. But in that first episode, it was really about you know, the first two steps of having clarity, knowing what you want, knowing who you want to be, because without being clear and where you're going. You're going you know nowhere, fust and you're not able to make decisions, like you need clarity to decide, and even like the Latin meaning of decide is to cut off. To make a decision is to cut off, So it's like you need to cut off, you need to like block the noise so you know where you're going. So we spoke about clarity, and we also spoke about detachment, which I think is like the most underrated kind of exercise thing that you should be doing in your life. And so I wanted to just give you those two steps because they didn't want to bombarde you, and I wanted you to spend a couple of weeks in detachment and really understanding and really feeling it. So I hope you have been a detachment queen. I know you have, and I'm so proud of you. And so next we are talking about how to implement new beliefs, because you don't want to just like detach from the old stories, clear the old stories and then kind of just be like floating in limbo. You need to attach yourself to the new reality, to your future self, to how you want things to be. And you cannot do that without implementing and embodying your new beliefs. So that's what we're going to get into today. And so I have a step formula for you. It's a five step formula. We have the first couple of steps. But again I didn't want to give you this formula in the first episode because I wanted you to kind of like just be in that clarity and that detachment and really sit in that because again, like I said, I don't think people really understand and implement that. So now we've done that, let's go through how to implement this new reality. So the first step really is you being specific, you knowing what you want. You have now because you've listened to the first episode and you've gone and done that, you've either done the clarity course that we have on the website or you have just journaled. You have really gotten clear, you've blocked out the noise. So then the next thing you need to do is get clear on the beliefs that you would already hold an embody if you had that dream reality, if you had that desire, Because if you think about it, manifestation isn't this like magic thing. You don't magically manifest two million dollars or the lottery or whatnot. That's not how it works. How manifestation works is you're not chasing after something. The way true manifestation works is you are embodying the person who already has that thing. So it has no choice because you're on that frequency that when it comes to you, it cannot pass you. It has to stick because you're on that frequency. That is the essence of manifestation. It's not going after something, it's you becoming the frequency, the vibe the person who has these things vibrating on that frequency. So when they come through in this circle of how things have to come through, they have to stick. And so a cheat code of having your dream life, of having this beautiful desire come into fruition is you need to be the person that that would come into fruition. And that's why you know, we've seen and I've used this example a hundred times, but someone will win the lottery and if they do not have the thoughts, beliefs, the patterns, the conditioning of someone who can hold wealth, they will lose it. And most people think, oh, if I just get the money, if I just have this external thing, happen to me, I'll be happy, I'll be this, But that is not true. You need to become that person who already feels that way, he doesn't need the external validation, who doesn't need the external thing, and then it has no choice but to come to you. There's like a mad statistic on people who win the lotter and lose it. So it's like it's clearly not this whole thing of like, well, I just need more money. That's not the actual point. You don't need more money. You need to become the person who has more money, can hold more money, can leverage more money, who feels safe with more money, and then the more money comes and it sticks and it stays. So really think about So you've got that clarity, You've got that dream, the desire, and like I said in the first episode, there is no mistake with this desire, this dream reality, how you're feeling, there is no mistake. The reason why you want that is because there is already a future version of you on some other timeline who has it, and that's why you want it. So the fact that you already have it on a different timeline, in a different reality that is still you a no bear with me here. This is the quantum field. You already know what it's like, and so you need to start embodying. You need to start getting clear on that belief. So if if you are someone who is looking for a partner and you want this healthy, secure relationship, wouldn't your beliefs, your thoughts, feelings, patterns be that you are a safe, secure, lovable person, that you are worthy of love no matter what, that you are like a prize. Someone would be so lucky to have you. You are a prized just by being you. You have healthy communication, you have a secure relationship with yourself. You're not anxiously attached, you're not avoidant like you have done the work where you love yourself. You treat yourself how that person will treat you. That is a belief system of someone who will attract ian a healthy love and a healthy partner. But do you see how it starts with the person. The partner doesn't come in and make you feel secure. The partner doesn't come in and make you feel worthy. That honestly cannot happen. You feel those things first, and then they come in. And one of my greatest manifestations was to him, my husband and it's crazy because like my parents have been together since they were sixteen, and so I have had a great example of healthy love. Look, they're definitely more on the anxious attachment side, but that's fine. But I've had like a great like healthy marriage, long term marriage, like doing everything to you know, stay with that person, really great example. And in high school, I had this really toxic relationship with my high school boyfriend lies cheating, immature, very hot and cold, like just very the worst sort of you know love that you can have. And he had broken up with me right before formal like prom and the big exams. And I remember having this moment, like I literally remember the moment where I decided, because like he was then trying to get back with me, and I just was like, no, I will not be treated like this. I have an example of my parents and how much my dad loves my mom, and he would never do these things, and I am so sick of entertaining this relationship that is so toxic. My husband wouldn't treat me like this, like and it was very like f men, I am the prize, Like I am a ten out of ten, I you know, like I really had this moment where I was like, no, I absolutely refuse to be treated like this because I love myself. And I then promised myself I wouldn't get a boyfriend and I would just love myself and work with myself and go have fun. And I did that. And it's crazy because Tim literally came in a couple of mine months later, and he really is such reflection of everything I told myself in that moment, my worth and who I was and what I won't allow. That's what I mean. That is such a Once you decide the beliefs of that reality, that reality has no choice but to come to you. If it's with like business success or money. For example, there's you know, there's a lot happening with like the economy right now, when you know talks of a recession and you know everything happening in the news. I'm sure you're aware of it. But for example, someone who has business success or who you know can hold wealth, do you think they're worried about that? No, because they are the exception to the rule. They are not the majority with money. They have put things in play and they feel safe and secure. But also more to that, they know if they were to lose everything, or what you know, worst case scenario. They know it's just money. They know it will just come back because it's just energy, it's just an energy exchange, and so they're not worried. They're not in a fear state about money. So like, can you even see you cannot be in two frequencies at once, Like you cannot be in the frequency of feeling abundant while being fearful that money won't come in. That's those two simply cannot coexist. It's like, which one are you going to embody right now? Because if it's the fear of money and never having enough, that's what your reality will reflect. But if it's the fear of I know I'm always looked after with money. I know I'm abundant af I know I absolutely will have everything I need when I need, And I'm not worried about the economy because I'm the exception to the rule. That's the reality you will have. And guys, if you want to go deeper, we do have the Abundance Academy. That's obviously our core money course, which like goes so deep in this and is life changing. We are going to have that available to buy anytime as an evergreen course, so like no live concept, but it will be evergreen, and I believe we're going to do it a tiny bit cheaper for you guys because there's no live concept. So I will check that in the show notes if you want to do that. If you're like, shit, I really need to change my belief it's money. So that's a money example. As a partner example, I feel like you guys get the vibe. So now we've gotten clear on the desire, we've gotten clear on the beliefs. And also this would be a great you can use chat GTP Chatty. I like to call him and you could even say, hey, Chatty. The vision is this, can you tell me the thoughts, the feelings, the patterns, the belief of a person who encompasses this reality and it will like spit out your exact beliefs that you can start embodying. Okay, So the third step is you want to then program those new beliefs into your subconscious, into your mind. Now, how you do this? There's so many ways. And that's the thing is like there's not a right and wrong way. It's whatever way you can be consistent with, because if you think about it, you've had these beliefs for twenty thirty, forty fifty years or whatever. It doesn't happen overnight. You need to be consistent with the new beliefs and it will happen quickly, but you need to be consistent. So personally, this can be sleep, affirmation, meditation, meditations, hypnosis, EFT tapping. My favorite forms are EFT tapping and we have an example of this in the Abundance Academy, and I do believe we're going to bring some to the Rise app, so check in there. Otherwise, Look, you can google it, you can YouTube it. The only thing is like they have to be quite specific, so just be conscious of what you're using. I find out sleep meditations in the Rise app so powerful because when you just are going to sleep, when you're getting ready to sleep, and when you're waking up are the most powerful times to reprogram your brain. This is when you're going to be the most susceptible to change to reprogramming. So that's why I listen to most of my meditations right before I sleep or in the morning, or if I just need to regulate myself, that's when I'll do a meditation during the day. Hypnosis acts are really great. Basically anything that is going to put you in a regulated state and then that is going to put affirmations into your subconscious brain. So that's why blankly affirmations are not going to work unless you're in a state to receive them. So if you're highly stressed and disregulated, like maybe you're running late to work and you decide to do affirmations in the car, they're not actually gonna work because you're not in a state to receive them. So that's why like affirmations can be so powerful and great. But again it's like finding those moments when you're really susceptible and you can receive them. So that's why I do choose to do this staff like literally right when I wake up or right when I go to bed. For me, ift tapping and meditations have been the most powerful obviously. We have like hundreds of meditations in the Rise app for literally so many specific things, because it is really good to have specific beliefs and specific things you're reprogramming. Another thing you could do is you could literally like voice note yourself on your phone of the new beliefs and listen to that. I'm also sure there's like apps and stuff. You can like create your own meditations or affirmations or whatever. That is the third step Again, it's being consistent with it. You cannot have twenty thirty, forty fifty years of dysregulating trauma with money and then do one money meditation when you wake up and your whole life, you know, not having any issues with money. Like, it's we are humans, we are having human experience, we have human emotions, and we really need to be consistent with this. And like I said in the first episode of the season, detachment is the vibe. So when you're receiving evidence that your old beliefs are playing out, like maybe if it's a whole money example, you get a bill in the mail, or like you get a random fine pop up or something like that, it is not engaging with that reality. Yes, pay the fine, pay the bill, but it's not making a story about it. Don't go to your partner or your best friend and be like, oh my god, I get a bill and it's the worst thing ever and I'm so bad with money and this and that literally pay it, ignore it, and affirm and be like that's not my reality, that what just happened is not truth. And I know my reality will shift soon. And be so strong on those beliefs because if you don't believe those beliefs, if you're not that person, you won't have that reality. So again, so how do we be so strong on our beliefs? How do we not let the three D the evidence in front of us that are directly showing us the opposite of what we want. How do we not let that affect us? We regulate our nervous system. The best way to do this is breathing and meditation. Baby, again, we have a whole rise app that will literally change your life because we have like everything like we have like do this meditation if you're toddler, is just regulating you. Do this if like before a job interview, like we have really thought of everything, because we know if you can be specific, the more specific the better. So start regulating your emotions. Guys. If there's one thing you take from this podcast, it is regulate your emotions. Stop letting your emotions control your future. Because your emotions are from the past, from past things that have happened to you, past situations, past you. If you are letting your emotions take control and run the show, you will never have a different reality to what you have now. The past will continue. The only way to change the future is if you stop interacting with the past. And how you do that is regulate your emotions. So when shit goes down, you don't react. You don't yell at your party, you don't yell at your kid, you don't freak the fuck out, and engage with that behavior, engage with that energy, that vibe. We're not doing that, ok, my love. So that's like, that's the biggest thing. And again, if you haven't listened the first episode of this season, go and listen. It is like, if you are someone who is quite reactive and you're allowing your emotions and your reality to really dictate your next move and how you show up and how you be, this meditation will change your life. The last step to reprogramming your beliefs and really having this life where you do get everything you want and you can have anything you want. Is to start living and start enjoying then now rather than waiting again, you cannot be and two frequencies at one time. So if you're in the frequency of wanting, of waiting, of like, well, this thing is coming to me, but I'm not there yet, how can you be in the frequency of already having that thing? Because to already have that thing, you need to be in the frequency of already having it. Again, everything is a frequency, everything is energy. So how we attract is we are the vibration. We are the frequency. If you're in the frequency of I want this thing but it's not here yet, it's it's never gonna come because you're in the wrong frequency. And how we do this again, because I know it's like, well, I want that thing, Georgia, You've said to me to get clear, I've got these goals, I've got these desires. No, it's beautiful, you're allowed to want them. But how we change the frequency is we're clear in those desires, we're clear in the vision, we are affirming, we're reprogramming, we're regulating ourselves, and then we're enjoying and being. So fucking grateful for the now and the present, even if it is not exactly what we want in the current moment, we're enjoying it. We're enjoying the process. And that's honestly, like one of my favorite like manifestation teaches Gabby Bernstein, one of her like most famous quotes is, manifestations come in faster when you're having fun, when you're playing with it, when you're having fun. And it's so true because if you're in the frequency of like, oh my god, I love my life. I'm enjoying the journey, I'm enjoying being in the messy middle, in the becoming, in the chaos, and you enjoy that, you're elevating your frequency, and your desires are always a higher frequency than always like that next level. So by you living your life and enjoying your life and enjoying the becoming, you get there so much fun and it's funner, it's easier, it's vibeer Like for example, if you knew you had a three hour bus ride to you know, your holidays. Let's say you go into this like tropical holiday island and it's a three hour flight, like you're into the mal dives it's only a three hour flight. Would you sit there and be like, I just really want to be in the male dives. This is so annoying. I just really want to be there. Why can't I be there now? Like, imagine if you're in a plane and someone was acting like that and you're like, dude, chill, we're clearly on the plane. We're gonna be there in like three hours. Relax. That is literally what is currently happening in your reality. You are throwing a tantrum. You were being that passenger in the plane who's already on the way. So if you already knew, well, I'm on the plane to the mal Dives, going to be there in three hours, you would download a podcast, you would do some work, you would like vibe out to a meditation. You'd have some food, you might order a champagne and some nipplies. You would enjoy yourself because you're already on the way. Well, why would you be worried? And that's what a lot of people don't get. They're in this waiting energy, They're in this Why isn't it happening to me? Why isn't it happening now? That's such a low frequency that is never going to get you two goals, or it might, but it's going to like it's going to be a shit time getting there. Think of that person on the plane like throwing in tantrum and being like I want to get there now. You would be like what is wrong with that person? So be very conscious what energy are you currently in because you cannot two frequencies cannot coexist. You are through either one or the other. So either enjoying life, enjoying the becoming, and you're so bloody grateful because you know it's already here, it's already happening, or you're in waiting, desperate, chasing energy and it's just going to take longer and you're going to have more resistance for your desires to come in and even think of it like, I don't know, this is a great example, but like let's say you're in this great relationship and you kind of like you fuck it up in some way. Let's say he leaves and he's like, I can't do this anymore. You've been a bit crazy. I'm out. How you would get that person back would not be by sending them long ass text messages, by being like I'm so sorry, I'm so shit blah blah blah, and like being really needy and clingy and desperate, because that person would be like, oh my god, I made the best decision. This person is batshit crazy. That's not how you would get that person back. How you would get that person back is working on yourself, like first of all, being like, okay, well why was I that shit crazy in that relationship? What wounds do I need to work on? And then and this is like every breakup ever, this always happens to the girl. She has a glow up. She starts focusing on herself. She's no longer focusing on the relationship and him, She's focusing on herself. She's like, all right, I've got to heal these wounds. I need to like tend to myself. And she literally because she's tending to her internal Externally, she's glowing up. She's getting hotter. And that doesn't even mean physically, but like her energy changes and she goes out, she has fun with her friends, she has fun in life. That I guarantee you that is going to attract the partner back, not being desperate and clinging and calling and texting him. It is the exact same example with the universe, with your desires, with your goals, that's just how you get them to you. You glow up, you have fun, You focus on yourself, you focus on the becoming. You become so magnetic that your desire has no choice but to come to you. Are you vibingness? I'm vibingness? Okay. That is how you can implement these new beliefs and become the person who can get anything they want. That was five simple steps. I hope you loved this episode.
