On The Plate: Elbow Room Chefs presented a Hamachi with Aguachile Pistachios with a Lemon infused linguini. The meal was paired with a bottle of Paul Rose Champagne and a wonderful bottle of Merlot from Component Wine Co.
The team talks farming, olive oils, sandwiches, peppers and everything else Italian.
