GRANT-LEE PHILLIPS is an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He led the group Grant Lee Buffalo in the 1990s, afterwards launching a solo career. He features as the town troubadour in Gilmore Girls.

He’s performed with groups from the Stone Temple Pilots to Brett Michaels to the Brothers Osborne, had songs in the Young and the Restless, and was the composer of the score for 2022 feature film Panama starring Mel Gibson and Cole Hauser.
