At just 24, Dyson was made captain of a club in absolute turmoil as it struggled with the after effects of the biggest drug saga in Australian sport.

33 players were suspended for 12 months in 2016- including Dyson. He would then step up and lead the team he barracked for as a kid for the next 6 years.

Dyson Heppell is a legend of the Essendon Football Club and we are privileged to be able to sit down with him and speak candidly about not only this period of his life, but also his view of leadership and what makes individuals reach their potential and beyond.
