Catherine is a creator of vibrational essences, an essence practitioner, energy healer, spiritual explorer and co-director at Crystal Herbs Ltd. After giving up a career as a professional musician and teacher she began her own spiritual journey of discovery and has been working with flower and gem essences for over 30 years. Catherine explains how the powerfully transformational nature of the essences work by dissolving filters that hold people’s unconscious patterns of behaviour in place; we discuss how stepping into responsibility is stepping into personal power and how our expanding collective consciousness can bring us closer to a 5th-dimensional reality. She is co-director at Crystal Herbs Ltd which produces a very wide range of vibrational essences ranging from Bach Flower Remedies to very deep acting combinations of flower & crystal/gem essences designed to help us negotiate the current times of transformation with greater ease and understanding.

Essences have been a part of her life for the last thirty years and have also underpinned her own spiritual journey of self-discovery. 

Catherine is currently focused on providing resources that will support people to successfully negotiate the current times of transformation as we transition from a third dimensional reality into a fifth dimensional one. As we have all discovered, this involves a substantial leap in consciousness, a good deal of clearing, and an uplift in vibrational frequencies all things that vibrational essences are excellent at providing support with.
