Recent New Zealand research found ultra-processed foods account for almost 65% of the daily energy intake of the adolescents studied. 

So what nutrients do we need to make sure our kids are getting? If they're picking up some summer sports, should we be putting them on the protein powder? Or is three square meals a day enough?
