In recent years, though operating outside the formal government structures, he continues to make an important contribution to the country’s economic, political and policy education. Lehohla will always be remembered as someone who dedicated his entire working life to numbers.

Key priorities for municipalities include funding model reforms, professionalising management, and accelerating water and electricity service delivery.
