Tomorrow marks International Mother Language Day, which is observed annually on the 21st of February to promote linguistic and cultural diversity, multilingualism, and the protection of mother tongues. To commemorate this important day - tomorrow, the Goethe-Institute South Africa will host the International Mother Language Day event aimed at highlighting the importance of multilingualism, cultural identity, and language education. The event will be attended by various organisations, educators, artists and community members from across the country.
