We learn more about this amazing collaboration between South African Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), such as LGSETA and the Chinese Culture and International Education Exchange Centre (CCIEEC), which is about various youth and skills development programmes. The collaboration offers scholarships in the local government and insurance sector for 500 South African students to pursue diplomas or bachelor’s degrees in China.
