The Democratic Republic of Congo has once again approached the International Criminal Court, urging it to act against alleged war crimes against humanity that are largely carried out in the eastern part of the country. For the longest time now, the eastern provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo have been the epicentre of the deadliest conflict.
