The federal government has confirmed it will impose a mandatory behaviour code of conduct on supermarkets to ensure they treat their suppliers fairly. Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and wholesaler Metcash will face fines of up to $10 million for breaching protocol. It comes as a new report found Aussies spend more on groceries when using 'click & collect'.
