Africa has been notably a mineral rich continent however the attention is being shifted into what the raw material can do for business institutions, particularly those opposing each other. The rising demand of raw materials has been a key factor for investors as they have a knock-on effect on other facets of the business. 

In other interviews, Professor Francois Viruly, Economist and Professor at University of Cape Town, on how the South African office market is on the gradual mend, since the pandemic. A 7.2% increase has been seen in areas with a strong building location and a great quality. Many key cities have been seen making an improvement in their percentage of vacancy points with Cape Town’s vacancies being at the highest with 6.9% and Johannesburg being rated lower at 14.7%.
