A growing trend of cocktail kegs has made its way to New Zealand.
Some in the hospitality industry say mass batches of drinks such as martinis, margaritas and mojitos are speeding up service.
Norma Taps co-owner Luke Jones says he set up the business to prove kegs as a viable option to minimise waste and operate efficiently.
Jones tells Mike Hosking the cocktail kegs use fresh ingredients and are pressurised to maintain a long shelf life.
