Neo Mofolo, a private chef and culinary creative, whose undeniable passion
for food and wine saw him enrol at the Prue Leith Culinary Institute. His
fondest memories are of watching the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Siba
Mtongana, and Nigella Lawson.

Chef Neo had the privilege of working for award-winning Chef Wandile
Mabaso, of Les Creatifs in Bryanston, and Chef Jan Hendrik van der
Westhuizen at Klein Jan, in the Kalahari.
