Warren Murley - Head Of Culinary

Warren matriculated at Hoerskool Swaartkop and after
he went to Cape Town and started travelling the world,
working as a waiter.

He later worked his way up to becoming a self-made
chef on cruise ships and restaurants around the world.

On his return to South Africa, he worked with Gary at
a number of establishments, before joining Proud Mary
as the Head of Culinary, where he conceptualises the
food and drinks menu.

Gary matriculated at Pretoria Boys High School and left for

England after completing his schooling.
He worked in restaurants and bars as a waiter and worked
his way up to the position of being a manager.

He fell in love with the culinary arts and relocated to South
Africa at the age of 25 when he opened up his first
restaurant Mastro Anthonio.

He joined the Doppio Zero group, opening up a number of
their branches, then opened his own restaurant La Boqueria
before opening Proud Mary.
