This year the Cape Town International Kite Festival celebrates 30 years of flying for mental health awareness - a remarkable achievement of course to be able to run for so long. And of course over the years as Cape Mental Health's flagship event since 1994  - it has brought so much joy to families and communities and has enabled Cape Mental Health to continue to provide essential, cost-free mental healthcare services and interventions to those who require them most.
