Ireland’s game-plan and Ian McKinley on Italy’s troubles

View descriptionShare
On this week’s Left Wing, Sinead Kissane is joined by Luke Fitzgerald, Cian Tracey and former Leinster and Italy international, Ian McKinley, to look ahead to Ireland’s clash against Italy at the weekend.

It’s a case of how many points the Irish team can rack up says Luke and Cian, with getting the bonus point and avoiding injury the real focus with the crunch game against England in Twickenham still to come.

Ian McKinley discusses recent stories about Italy’s possible replacement by South Africa in the Six Nations and says, while it’s not new, there has been a lack of progress in recent years and the panel discuss how Italy can improve to help make them more competitive.
