Loren LoRosa is back with The Latest and starts Behind the Grind on a surprisingly joyful note, opening up about finding happiness in the little things, letting go of the pressure to constantly achieve, dealing with imposter syndrome, and learning that accomplishments don’t have to define her worth.

Then Loren gets into the latest courtroom developments involving Jay-Z and attorney Tony Buzbee. A major new statement from the Jane Doe at the center of the previous allegations is now playing a role in Jay-Z’s ongoing legal fight, while Buzbee disputes the circumstances surrounding that statement. Loren breaks down the competing claims, what Jay-Z is asking the court to do next, and why this legal battle may be far from over.
